Order Cancellations – By Customer

We understand that you may need to cancel your order due to a change in circumstances. You can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. A cancellation will be approved under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been shipped or processed.

  • The reason provided for cancellation is valid and falls within our policy scope.

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email along with a full refund (if payment was made).

Note: Orders that have already been shipped or are in the dispatch process are not eligible for cancellation.

Automatic Order Cancellations – By Covilife.com

Covilife.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or stock-out at the time of order processing.

  • Payment failure or incomplete payment transaction.

  • If a customer places an order for a product that exceeds allowed quantity or violates purchase limits.

  • If no payment receipt is generated during checkout.

  • If the order appears to be fraudulent or high-risk.

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and if any payment was made, a refund will be initiated immediately.

Refund Policy

If your order is eligible for a refund (due to cancellation or a valid complaint), we will process the refund using the same method as the original payment:

  • Paypal: The amount will be refunded back to your paypal. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect.

  • Bank Transfer : A check or money order will be issued to the billing address provided during purchase. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies. Covilife.com is not responsible for third-party delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will assess the situation and, if validated, issue either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement of the product at no additional cost
